About Rayce

Hello, I'm Rayce O'Connell an agent with the privilege of being part of the Rooted Real Estate of Greater Lansing team at RE/MAX. I was born and raised in Fenton, MI and graduated from Hartland High School. From there I attended MSU and received a BS of Horticulture and an MS of Business Management. Through my master's degree I took a few courses on negotiation and real estate investment which made me very interested in a career that utilizes these fields of study. I decided to get licensed halfway through my master's degree in 2018 while I had some spare time in the summer semester. I hit the ground running while being a full time student and finished in the top 10% of agents in just my first year. Since then I have exceeded all my own expectations to provide the premier real estate services to all my clients. I absolutely love my job and making lifelong friendships in the process.
