About Kelsie
Kelsie Simmon brings a deep-rooted love for Michigan and a genuine passion for real estate to every client she serves. Born and raised in Grand Ledge and a 2009 graduate of Grand Ledge High School, she now calls DeWitt home with her husband, their two young children, a baby on the way, and two beloved fur babies. As a proud military family, her husband currently serves in the Army National Guard as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot.
Kelsie began her real estate journey in 2018, drawing from a diverse background in customer service—tending bar in Grand Rapids, managing a distillery in Lansing, and serving as a bank teller at a local credit union. These experiences sharpened her ability to listen, problem-solve, and deliver exceptional service, all of which have become the cornerstone of her real estate career.
Since May 2025, Kelsie has been part of the Seguin & Sprague Team, continuing her dedication to guiding buyers and sellers through each step of the process with compassion, clear communication, and a solutions-focused approach.
