About Michael

Michael started a career in real estate in 1981 with fairview property management in maintenance and entered into sales in 1986. By 1992 Michael had become a multi-million dollar producer and later an Associate Broker by 1996. Over the last 40+ years Michael has developed a rewarding career in mentoring junior and experienced sales associates, training staff to implement new construction processes by working conjunctively with builders as well as orchestrating the development & overseeing of single-family home subdivision communities.

In April of 2013 Jennifer Seguin and Michael Sprague partnered together at Coldwell Banker Hubbell Briarwood creating the Seguin Sprague Team and have consistently ranked as a top producing team within the company year after year.

Michael enjoys the “art” of selling real estate and working with clients and other realtors. He enjoys negotiating terms of an offer/contract, assessing property values, recommending appropriate prices and advising options and marketing strategies per each unique real estate situation.
